2005 -- My Personal Review

2:41 PM 0 Comments
How fast the days and years are rolling out? Bible says "in your eyes a thousand years
are like yesterday that quickly passes, or like one of the divisions of the nighttime"
(Psalms 90:4). Yes the days are running, as God's look. Where we are now? Where we were? What we have? Have anybody doing any review of their past? A self review.

This is my self review on the year 2005. The good and bad, whatever happened in my personal and career life, is reviewing. I think, this is the better way to work out and the "fine tuning" of life.

In January, many things happened. It was my first new year in the working place. Also I lost one colleague, morever one friend from the career life. She got a good opportunity and was the last day of the year starting day. I got a back-up for me on 4th. Said something erotically with my "friend". She doesn't like and I said sorry to her. End of Jan, my back-up's father-in-law expired. Also the same day was the last day of one of my friend in the bank, 2oth. One young lady came in his place. And the next day I went to home, my native place, to see my parents and my sister and family, after an year.

February: I came back duty on 7th. 9th was my friend's birthday at delhi. Wished her and she sent me a special treat. Next day was my, my mom's and my friend's birthday. My true friend called up and knew, her marriage was fixed. 12th, I knew one of my Mumbai friend joined BSE in legal dept. 15th some glad news heared, and some bad things happened. The real friendship has revealed. It continued to the next few days upto 19th, and cleared everything, when my friend came online.

March: The first picture was seeing from a Mumbai theater with my friend, that was a mallu picture, on 4th March. 8th was holiday for the branch, but I have to come for duty. 12th, another relation started with a new guy. 31st, the financial yearend and was loads of work. My God, I haven't felt heavy duty.

April: as usual gone through.

May: 2nd was my friend's marriage,, I couldn't attend it. 11th, Another new relation in the city started. Hope it will continue for life time. 21st, the first miserable in the career life, due to somebody else's problem. Left the office at 2:30 am early morning.

June: 7th; get into another relation with a foreigner, who is my co-traveller on train. 10th, second leave cancelled due to IT audit. The series of problems started. 25th: Another miserable in life. Can't sleep. 1 O'clock woke up and was listening music upto 5, coz, can't sleep. 28th, lost the first attempt of a MNC interview, due to my problem.

July: 1st, the relation with my new friends' are going strong and was much happy . 16th, was a beautiful day; it was the first time, I was spending with a lady at a beach. 21st; The first time, one friend came to me for sorting out her problem. And could do it fantastically. 26th: The miserable day in all the Mumbaikar's life. And it extended upto another 2-3 weeks. It can't be forgotten.

August: 3rd, two of my friends called and was talked more than half an hour. 18th; Another mishappeneds. So sad to hear. One of the staff's daughter attempted to suicide, but survived.

September: 23rd. Another resign; A good decision to her.

October: Nicely gone... Got approval on my leave application

November: 19th; left to home for Pappa's treatment. Busy week, couldn't talk to my mom. But, could help my parents. A big satisfaction.

December: And the end of the year has come like a leave falling down from the tree.

Conclusion: Somany miserable things happened in the public life and it will continue, as it said in Bible. The more people are diverting from God, the more will happen. And the year 2005 was the beginning of the "End of Days".

Jesus is Coming.......... Let's ready to receive him..... Our saviour.

Life after Death

5:03 PM 3 Comments
Very interesting subject, I always looking for. From my childhood, I am very curious about this subject, like others. The only way I know to reveal, how the life after death, is by God, the almighty. All the day I am praying for it, and he doesn't answer. After a month, he given me his first answer through a tv program, which was aired on Christmas. That was really good one and had revealed something. Since then, I was feeling some ideas and was on that. The last week, while I was on the way back to my working place from my native place by train, one guy came with lots of books. I had a glance through it and stuck my eyes on a particular theme. That was named as " Is there any life, after death?". Fortunately, it is written in my mother tounge, Malayalam, that is much easir me to understnad and the author is Dr. Muralikrishna. The book is really helping me a lot. It has lots of information and the scientists, who are still trying to find the mass of the soul.

So, what it revelas? It reveals, the human is trying to be with God, the creator. The mind blowing invention is, if the body is keeping in a dead icy situation and we can bring back the soul after a long time. Some real experiments did by scientists. This is what showing in the hollywood picture "Demolition Man", starred by Silvester Stallon.

Very very interesting subject. Human is trying to tally with God. Be remember, it never happens or they may reach almost, but won't get the ultimate solution.

Lost another..........

4:45 PM 0 Comments
Today is my friend and colleague's last day. It's meaning in all the type of " Last day". I think, very first she announced it to me. She got a new job and joining there on Monday. I am wishing from my heart, a very successfull career. I know, even if I don't wish, she is the blessed one. Doesn't have any type of stumbling blocks on her way.

I given her lunch, that was my treat, on last saturday. I told her one word, we may not have together today. That happened. But, she complained at the time of lunch, when she came to know, I am going out for something and would have lunch. It was like this...." What is this..... On my last day.....". I said "What to do?" I really can't avoid that. But, by the way, lost something else.

I wanted to wish her, but I don't know, how it will overflow and reflect. My mind is not in a stable. Somany times, she knew me very well and helped a lot. She was my good friend, but can't say true friend. So many reasons....... I know where she going and who will be her colleague. I know the situation of that working place, because I have lots of connections overthere.

I really knew, this relation won't be stable. But I liked that moments, can't say any other words. The series is going on. But something happened together. The good thing, I think, there is no memorable moments in our relation. But I never forget her. Not only her, whoever walks to my life and gone.

If you are a parent........

5:40 PM 0 Comments
This is a beautiful message by Mr. Azim Premji. You must read it.

If you are a parent, you have many aspirations for your child that may include him or her becoming a doctor, an engineer, scientist or another kind of successful professional. I believe these aspirations are driven by your thinking about your child's future, and her centrality in your life.

Since good education is often the passport to a good future, I presume it leads you to getting your child admitted to a good school. Then you encourage your child to study hard and do well in school exams. To bolster this, you send him or her for tuition classes. This would have primed your child for board exams and entrance exams, thereby leading to admission into a good professional course. Doing well at college increases the probability of landing a good job. And a good job means the child's future is ensured.

I am neither a psychologist nor an educationist, and what I will now state may seem counter-intuitive. I think that these aspirations and actions might be doing more harm than good to your child. To understand why; we .need to re-examine some of our fundamental assumptions.
In the first place, I have seen time and again that living: for some distant future goal also means you do not live in the present. The distant goal will always translate into an external measure of success, such as exams. And most exam-focused children start forgetting what it means to be a child, to be curious, mischievous, exploring, falling, getting up, relating, discovering, inventing, doing, playing.

Childhood is very precious; precious enough not be wasted by the artificial pressures of contrived competition, by too many hours of bookish study; and by school report cards that simplistically wrap up an entire human being in numbers.

The second assumption is that education is merely a ticket to socio-economic success. Given the state of our country; this reality cannot be ignored. But restricting education to only this aspect is, I think, a very limiting notion of the aim of good education. The primary purpose of a school is to guide the child in her discovery of herself and her world, and to identify and nurture the child's talents. Just as every seed contains the future tree, each child is born with infinite potential. Imagine a school which sees children as seeds to be nurtured - here the teacher is a gardener who helps to bring out the potential already present in the child.

This is very different from the current view which sees the child as clay to be molded -where the teacher and parents are potters deciding what shape the clay should take. There is an old (and forgotten) Chinese saying: "Give a seed to a potter, and you will get a bonsai".

Even in a commercial organization, to make profits we do not have to chase profits. Rather, we need to build an institution that gives every employee an opportunity to do meaningful and fulfilling work.

Create an organization driven by values of innovation, integrity, customer centricity and care. And as you practice these values everyday and moment, you will see that the profits take care of themselves.

Similarly; dear parent, this is my request to you. Do not give up your child's present to secure his or her future. Give your child the freedom to truly explore life with abandon. In doing this, you will see your child flower into a creative and sensitive human being. And when this happens, everything else -money; social success, security -I will fall into place automatically.

Let your child be a child.

What would you do?

4:15 PM 0 Comments
This is an e-mail came to me from one of my friend. I would like to blog it, so that, many can view this and can spread. You must read it.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

You make the choice. Don't look for a punch line. There isn't one. Read it anyway.

My question to all of you is: Would you have made the same choice?

At a fundraising dinner for a school that serves learning disabled children, the father of one of the students delivered a speech that would never be forgotten by all who attended.

After extolling the school and its dedicated staff, he offered a question.

When not interfered with by outside influences, everything nature does is done with perfection. Yet my son, Shay, cannot learn things as other children do. He cannot understand things as other children do. Where is the natural order of things in my son?"

The audience was stilled by the query.

The father continued. "I believe, that when a child like Shay comes into the world, an opportunity to realize true human nature presents itself, and it comes, in the way other people treat that child."

Then he told the following story: Shay and his father had walked past a park where some boys Shay knew were playing baseball.

Shay asked, "Do you think they'll let me play?"

Shay's father knew that most of the boys would not want someone like Shay on their team, but the father also understood that if his son were allowed to play, it would give him a much-needed sense of belonging. Shay's father approached one of the boys on the field and asked if Shay could play.

The boy looked around for guidance and, getting none, he took matters into his own hands and said, "We're losing by six runs and the game is in the eighth inning. I guess he can be on our team and we'll try to put him in to bat in the ninth inning."

In the bottom of the eighth inning, Shay's team scored a few runs but was still behind by three.

In the top of! the ninth inning, Shay put on a glove and played in theoutfield. Even though no hits came his way, he was obviously ecstatic just to be in the game and on the field, grinning from ear to ear as his father waved to him from the stands.

In the bottom of the ninth inning, Shay's team scored again. Now, with two outs and the bases loaded, the potential winning run was on base and Shay was scheduled to be next at bat.

At this juncture, let Shay bat and give away their chance to win the game?

Surprisingly, Shay was given the bat. Everyone knew that a hit was all but impossible because Shay didn't even know how to hold the bat properly, much less connect with the ball.

However, as Shay stepped up to the plate, the pitcher moved in a few steps to lob the ball in softly so Shay could at least be able to make contact.

The first pitch came and Shay swung clumsily and missed. The pitcher again took a few steps forward to toss the ball softly towards Shay.

As the pitch came in, Shay swung at the ball and hit a slow ground ball right back to the pitcher.

The pitcher picked up the soft grounder and could have easily thrown the ball to the first baseman. Shay would have been out and that would have been the end of the game.

Instead, the pitcher took the ball and turned and threw the ball on a high arc to right field, far beyond the reach of the first baseman.

Everyone started yelling, "Shay, run to first! Run to first!"

Never in his life had Shay ever made it to first base. He scampered down the baseline, wide-eyed and startled.

Everyone yelled, "Run to second, run to second!"

By the time Shay rounded first base, the right fielder had the ball. He could have thrown the ball to the second-baseman for the tag, but he understood the pitcher's intentions and intentionally threw the ball high and far over the third-baseman's head.

Shay ran toward second base as the runners ahead of him deliriously circled the bases toward home.

Shay reached second base, the opposing shortstop ran to him, turned him in the direction of third base, and shouted, "Run to third!"

As Shay rounded third, the boys from both teams were screaming, "Shay, run home!" Shay ran to home, stepped on the plate, and was cheered as the hero who hit the "grand slam" and won the game for his team.

"That day," said the father softly with tears now rolling down his face, the boys from both teams helped bring a piece of true love and humanity into this world."

AND, NOW A LITTLE FOOTNOTE TO THIS STORY:

We all send thousands of jokes through the e-mail without a second thought, but when it comes to sending messages about life choices, people think twice about sharing.

The crude, vulgar, and often obscene pass freely through cyberspace, but public discussion about decency is too often suppressed in our schools and workplaces.

If you're thinking about forwarding this message, chances are that you're probably sorting out the people on your address list that aren't the appropriate" ones to receive this type of message.

Well, the person who sent you this believes that we all can make adifference. We all have thousands of opportunities every single day to help realize the "natural order of things."

So many seemingly trivial interactions between two people present us with a choice:

Do we pass along a little spark of love and humanity or do we pass up that opportunity, and leave the world a little bit colder in the process?

You now have two choices:

1. Delete this.

2. Forward it to the people you care about.

Remember: Friends are quiet angels who lift us to our feet when our wings have trouble remembering how to fly.

You are one!!

Solutions for Mumbai Traffic Jam

10:40 PM 1 Comments
Hey, this is somewhat I found the solutions for the creamy Traffic Jam for Mumbai.

Point 1 :- Implement the season ticket system for BEST.

This is just like the system, what they had implemented in the APSRTC's city bus services at Hyderabad. The system works like this.

a. Issue a monthly season ticket for the passengers. It can include a daily pass also with a fixed amount.
b. The different passes should be availble for the buses like, AC, Ltd., Spl, and running to suburbs beyond Mumbai districts.
c. The highest grade can use the same pass to the lowest grade bus, while lowest can't use the same to highest.
d. The daily pass is for a fixed amount and it can be used anywhere within the day, depends on the buses. It should be marked / punched the date of issue and the validity for a day only.
e. The season ticket can be used any city bus from anywhere to anywhere.

The advantage of this system is, people don't want to wait for a bus to their destination and can avoid the rush on the bus and long queues for waiting a bus. If one had a season ticket and want to go from Andheri to Ghatkopar, he don't want to wait for the bus no. 34o. If he sees the first bus 415, going to SEEPZ, can get in from Andheri and get down at Chakala, then can catch another bus going towards Sakinaka, from there, he can catch another bus to Ghatkopar. Because of this system, people can leave their vehicles at home and can avoid the traffic clogs in the roads.

Point 2 :- Re-arrange the traffic flow.

For the peak time, controll the traffic of heavy jamming areas by preventing the entry of taxi's and rickshaws. It's observed that, the taxi's and rickshaw's are creating the big traffic problems in the city.

Point 3:- Follow the rules strictly

The main offensers of the traffic rules are Mumbai's Public Transporters (BEST). For example, if it is a heavy jam on the one lane, the BEST drivers are taking over through another lane. So, the followers, whoever, will come through this lane and makes fully jammed situations. The policemen, never take charge against this. I think, they are considering, it is a public transport system. Because of this offenses, the situation will become worst.

Secondly, the taxi's are stranding near to the stations, makes big problems. Police should not allow taxi's or rickshaws to strand from their lanes.

Point 4 :- Derive new laws for better performance.

This may be little difficult, but practice will make easy. In the city, all the bad habits are developing by the IT companies. They are for the growth of the country and the growth of the bad habits too.

Suppose, if one company is offering it's employees to the free pickup facility, then 50% will use the system and the rest will come by their own vehicles. To come office by own vehicles or by taxi, company will give the extra perks. For this extra perks, people will try to get own vehicles or use taxi's and increases the traffic and make the situation worst.

Here, police and govt. should follow the new rule, which recently applied on Banglore city for the solution of traffic jams. This rule is built in Banglore now only for the schools, but it can apply here for offices. The rule is as follows:-

" If one school having school bus to pick up their students, if any students are coming to the school using their own vehicle, fine them a minimum of Rs. 500/- and warn. If any school doesn't have school bus, govt. are offering state own bus for plying school service for a particular time. This will reduce the traffic and could effective. "

This can be applied here by changing it to the companies, those who are having own buses. If the company needs vehicles other than bus's for their service, it should consider only for special purposes and can reduce the cost, effectively.

The above ideas can be utilize perfectly. If anybody agrees or not, expecting a comment on this.

Friends........

3:40 PM 0 Comments
It was a long journey and I was a stranger in that train. But I never bothered about, what was happening outside to me. Because, in that compartment, I only was the bachelour and particularly on and around my seats, all are relatives and they had much to talk, as they finished somebodies wedding ceremony. A man, always looks for a mate, when he travelling alone. But, I didn't feel, whether I had a company or not. I was just looking outside and enjoying the natural beauty. That family, had one beautiful young lady and two boys. I never look at her face or how many members was in the family. After had dinner at night 9 pm, almost 3 hrs. left when we started the journey, the lady given me a smile and I return back with the same. After washing my hands and was ready for the sleep, the lady quietly came to me and asked about me and enquired. There we started and spent the entirenight with half of the day by talking each other. There one relation made up and that is the beginning of real friend. One question, sriked me and still repeating in my ear, that the lady asked me. "You have somany friends. Can you show any one as your real friend?".
What is a friend? What does it mean? Anybody think about it?
Modern culture never advise for a friend. It always looks for a helper. The helper always doing their duty and takes the benefit for the duty. This is because of the competition culture and the jealous of the community. Recently a survey had conducted at the south coast of India. The result reveals that, from the middle school students or childrens doesn't have any friends. This is because of their parents. The surveyor asked one girl, who is your friend in the class? The girl suddenly told: " I don't have any friend. Mummy told me don't share book with anybody and make any company". This is the growth of independent and jealous culture, which makes a bad new generations.
After the question arose from the lady, I never think about the 'friends', whoever I called and announced, considered are only the "known persons". This is because of the deep analysis of my past relationships with them. I always love to make friends' and to be done the duty of real friend. But, those who are coming to me are taking advantage and throws away.
A friend, who is the real person, who can enter your each and every places, who is the real guide from wrong to right, the right hand for sharing the pleasure and pressure, always walk beside with you, hear you and care you, and heal your problems.
If the friend is a boy for a girl or vice versa, the public, will watch them as lover. This type of misunderstandings creats lots of problems. The public, the eyes and ears of the community, always follows, if a lady is walking along with a man or vice versa. They have to find only the wrongs, that are happening. Just like papparasi's.
Can anybody pretend as friend?
Ofcourse. For example, I had a friend, yelder than me, considered as my yelder brother. We were stayed together almost one year. When there was a question of money raised, I helped him. But afterwards, without asking, he should give it me back. He paid me almost 65% of the original amount. Then after, there is no response, very angry when asking the money. For a long 3 years, he didn't pay me the amount. Still begging for the money, only because, I respect(ed) him. This is the another face, one can easily cheat.
Remember, there will be a limitation to every relations. That is not equally applicable to the relation of a true friend. But an unnoticed line, when it cross, it gives you pain, but that is always manageable, when it is from a real friend.
Be truthful to everywhere, to everybody -- that is actually a good friend does and what more?

Onam

3:00 PM 0 Comments
Today, all "mallus" are celebrating Onam, no matter where they are.

Onam -- It is the harvest festival of Kerala, "God's own Country". I am proud to be a Keralite, but shame to tell that, devil's on the people's mind.

Oh, I forgot to explain the word "mallu". Peoples in Kerala, it is an Indian state, are speaking a language called Malayalam. So, whoever, belongs to Kerala and speaks malayalam known as Malayalee. But, when this malayalee gone out of his state, others are calling him with a short name called "mallu". Let's discuss about Onam.

My childhood days, Onam given me very much enjoying and pleasure. Still the same, but I missed a lot. It is the harvest festival. But this year, because of rain and flood, somany lost their belongings and the output of their effort. But, each and every malayaalee, if they didn't have anything, they will at least celebrate one time of the Onam. It starts from Atham, malayalam day, and the exact onam coming after 10 days of this Atham. People arranging the flowers on ground, known as "Onapookkalam", and somany games, including the famous boat racing there. The main attraction is, people are grabbing, I think that is the right word to match here, new things for them and making their lunch as much elaberate as they can. The food, that is the main part of Onam. That is the profit of their effort and the atmosphere at the Onam time also too good to enjoy.

After Onam Lunch, called Onasadya, people are coming out from their houses to enjoy with different types of games, known as Onakkali. It is all the variety of malayalee and who never forget their past.

Behind the Onam, another story also there. One king, named Mahabali ruled Kerala once. He was truthfull to everything. So, the gods are so jealous to him and planned to remove. They send one god to him and asked the place to pray. He told him to take the place as much he want. For this, he showed his exact size and started to take. But, that was not enough, finally, they pulled Mahabali down to the hell. People in Kerala believe, at Onam, Mahabali visits there and watching his people.

Anyway, it is the celebration of Unity and Prosperity. Happy Onam to all.

Please spare a couple of minutes........

11:40 AM 1 Comments
Let me begin with some simple statistics......

1 CAN $ = IND Rs 32 (this is past)
after 5 months , it is......
1 CAN $ = IND Rs 37

i dont think Canadian Economy is in such a boom, so its obvious that Indian Economy is Going Down.

Our Economy is in our hands

Indian economy is in a crisis - As you are all aware, India like many other Asian countries, is undergoing a severe economic crunch. Many Indian industries are going bankrupt and shutting down. If we do not take proper steps to control this, we will be in a critical situation. More than 30000 crore rupees of foreign exchange is being siphoned out of our country on products such as cosmetics, snacks, tea, beverages...etc which are grown, produced and consumed here.

A cold drink that costs only 70/80 paise to produce is sold for nine rupees, and a major chunk of profits from these is sent abroad. This is a serious drain on Indian economy.

Did you know that "Coca Cola" and "Sprite" belong to the same multinational company,"Coca Cola"?

On one hand coke advertisements say that 'Jo chaho hojaye, cocacola enjoy' (i.e. whatever the hell, let it happen, you drink coke) ; and on the other hand, Sprite says that 'Bhujao only pyas, baki all bakwas' ( i.e. drinks can just quench thirst all other claims are false).

What can we do?
You can consider some of the better alternatives to aerated drinks.

Pepsi is not an exception.

We can go for better options like lemon juice, fresh fruit juices, chilled lassi (sweet or sour), butter milk, coconut water, jaljeera, enerjee, masala milk..........

Everyone deserves a healthy drink, including you! Over and above all this, economic sanctions have been imposed on us. We have nothing against Multinational companies, but to protect our own interests we request everybody to use Indian products atleast for the next two years.

Also, with the rise in petrol prices, if we do not do what we need to, the rupee will devalue further and we will end up paying much more for the same products in the near future.

What can we do about it?

1. Buy only products manufactured by WHOLLY INDIAN COMPANIES.
2. ENROLL as many people as possible for this cause.

Each individual should become a leader for this awareness. This is the only way to save our country from severe economic crisis. You don't need to give up your lifestyle. You just need to choose an alternate product. All categories of products are available from WHOLLY INDIAN COMPANIES.

List of products.

And above all, CLOTHES.

Do you know that the cotton is produced in the indian villages, threads are produced in the indian towns, dresses are stitched in indian cities and clothes are purchased by indian customers. But it is BRANDED as MANUFACTURED BY A MULTINATIONAL COMPANY for which we LOSE PRECIOUS FOREIGN EXCHANGE.

THE POINT TO NOTE: Our Money is gwtting drained to some Developed countries.

This is absolutely TRUE.

PLEASE go to the remote areas of cities and try to see the truth for urself. Thousands of poor Indians are working as tailors, stitching the WORLD'S POPULAR READYMADE CLOTHES. But they are paid a poor amount. This is happening because of our ignorance that India ia one of the major textile exporters in the World.

OUR TAILORS ARE FAMOUS EVEN IN COUNTRIES LIKE US AND UK. THEN WHY SHOULD WE BLINDLY GIVE IN TO THE ATTRACTION OF FOREIGN BRANDS?

PLEASE THINK OF IT.

Every Indian product you buy makes a big difference. It saves INDIAN Economy. Let us take a firm decision today.BUY INDIAN TO BE INDIAN. We are not against of foreign products.

WE ARE NOT ANTI-MULTINATIONAL.

We are trying to save our Nation. EVERY DAY IS A STRUGGLE FOR A REAL FREEDOM . ..

We achieved our independence after losing many lives. They took the pain to ensure us a peaceful life. But the current trend is very threatening. Multinationals call it, "Globalisation of Indian Economy". For indians like you and me, it is "Re-Colonisation of India". Let us make sure we dont let the past to repeat. After all, who would like to let a "Goos that lays Golden Eggs" to slip away.

PLEASE REMEMBER : POLITICAL FREEDOM IS USELESS WITHOUT ECONOMICINDEPENDENCE.

FINALLY: If u cant give up all the items mentioned above, give up "Atleast one item for the sake of our Country".

LITTLE DROPS MAKE A GREAT OCEAN.

( Changes have been made to the original version of this article to make it more effective).

Jai Hind Jus simply Dont forwad it to all atleast try to follow this alone as much asu can....

Jealous

2:36 PM 0 Comments
Three days back, when I was walking to office, I just think about this subject and planned to write a blog.
Jealous -- a dangerous thing, that hide every humans mind. Sometimes it is coming out without any force, sometimes we made it. Let's analyse the jealous in a human life cycle.
We all believed that, childrens are reflecting the characters of God. That was in old days. Now they are also having jealous. I am taking an example of my nephew. He is only 1 year old. After a year of his birth, when I was seeing him very first time, he was refused to come and play with me. When his cousine, she is 4 months younger than him, came to my hand, then he started to cry and pulled me to take him on other hand. If you are thinking, this is the nature of childrens, then you got wrong. After he came to my right hand. He saw, his cousine was on other hand. He started to screaming and pulling her down from my hand. This is a kind of jealous, that can be cured by good parenting.
When the childrens are on growing up, the jealous are injecting by their parents. For example, school going childrens, parents are much affected their life. If the children's are lag behind studies and their friends' are scoring higher marks on the exams, then this parents are starting to push thier children and this is a type of injection. If it is increasing badly, then the children decide to leave the friendship with anybody and thus he leads a lonly life. It will more trouble on his / her life. The next symptom of this is, when these kids are participating a program. These time, the injection of jealous might increase, because, the parents are so concern about their kids.
Upto the above level, the jealous are injecting or creating by the presence of thier parents' behaviour.
When they are in the teenage or college going, the jealous, is developing themselves. It is so because, his or her colleague is either so beauty or having a good friends circle. The general kind of jealous is developing in a teenage boy is in this way. If his friend is cute looking and having somany girl friends' or the girls are loving to talk to him, the jealous is growing there. But the same time jealous is starting in a girl is another way. If her friend having long hair or looks so beauty or having better options than her, there it starts. She always looks her friend so jealouly, comparatively a boy. Becasue, boys are trying to make improve on their characters.
But in the matured age, the jealous are growing in the different kind of matters. Mainly it will be because of money or the position, who is having in the community.
All these increasing of jealous world will ruin the growth of good future of the childrens.

What youth wants ?

4:15 PM 0 Comments
Youth, the golden days of every person's life, are plentiful, if it is spending wisely. The quest about the knowledge and quaint energetic lifestyles are showing in these period. The term of a youth life is starting at the age of 14 and it lasts upto 35. We can divide this period into many ranges with it behaviour. I would like to divide the life-time of a person (considering only start and end of youth life) as follows. 1) 10 - 14:- Pre-stage of youth 2) 14 - 35: - Actual youth life 3) 35 - 45 :- Post youth life 4) 50 and above :- Matured life.

1) 10 - 14:- Pre-stage : This is an important period, and any incidents in this life period can affect or change the future life of a person. Childrens in this age range are commonly having the grasping power and whatever they seen, are trying to understand. The mind is starting to set at this age and the power of remembrance are growing. With the present situation of a family life, childrens are starting to find new things than from the circle of family. The behaviour of yelders could affect and they shows keen interest to understand teh words and actions of thier yelders. But the structure of a bounded family controls them. The older days, ie. before 1990's, childrens are entirely not under controls of the yelders in the community / family. Now, it's a micro structure of the family, and the parents are expecting they are more concern about their childrens. As much they expecting, the distance between them and their children are increasing. If parents can put a limit and can controls their actions in this range can guide their childrens to a good future.

2) 14 - 35: Actual youth life starts here. This age range again we can divide according to their behaviour.

a) 14 - 20:- The physical and sexual life is changing here. Childrens are more interest to know about what is happening their physical structure of the body. They even try to start experiments. The sexual changes happening in boys are they understanding from the books and magazines, where girls are getting proper guidance from their parents. A helathy family can clear the doubts of their children and can guide them. Because of the shyness, boys are starting the experiments for self studying through books and magazines. They are even not ready to discuss with their friends. The erotic sense are at the highest of its level along with the curiosity. Misguidance are happening here.

Presently, all the medias are exposing sex as the integral part, but with its vulgar level. Medias like, internet and TV channels are booming with the madness of sex and the childrens are misguiding and tehyare ready to imitate for their knowledge. Older days, the life of the parents guides their children, where as now medias are more than parents in picture. So childrens are shying to ask and clear doubts to parents. If they asked, the parents can't answer them. What the medias are trying to reveal are exposing much. So the childrens are taking taking the wrong advice from it and misguided.

Secondly the behaviour of the childrens are different at this stage. Most of them are in a search of love. This all are because of the communication gap in the family. It makes big mistakes. The day dremings and the self thoughts are working in this stage. Good parents are controlling their childrens by scolding and advicing them. But, this age groups are mostly not consider it for the right way. So they starts to analyze, what they are getting from their parents. It leads or diverts their future life, unless they are not getting the proper guidennce. Sometimes, they get proper answer sometimes not. Money also palys big role in these teenagers life. As I stated earlier, most of them are attracted with the TV channels. The demand of money will arise and they are trying to be the same with their friends, without considering the situations at home. The factors which are changing a teenagers life are money, media and the family structure.

b) 21 - 25: We can say, the turning point of a man's life is this age range. But the actual turning point is coming, only when he is getting married. The ambitious, they planned in the 14 - 20 life time may change in this age. Somany factors are palying their life. Boys are on the track to achieve money, the same aim to the girls, whoever living at cities. But those at villages are not in such kind of habit. They are trying to be proud of themselves and others. But the opposite sex attraction are playing a big role. Some of them are on the aimless track, very rare having the specific aim and they are on the way to achieve it. Considering boys, they all will be far from their families. So, they are leading an uncontrol life. Expenses on their life are increasing and they will find the way to make the money for it. So, whatever they are getting from one hand, are loosing through another hand. A wise man can trouble the people in this age range, very easily. Also, these age rangers are ready to do anything, without considering the actions and reactions.

c)25 - 35: Somewhat maturity has come here. Most of them are starting to think about their family, if they married or think about their marriage and their future wife. Here also, the presence of media plays big role. Now-a-days, all the medias are giving limitless exposing to the sexual life. Take a look at the movies, ads and just have a look on your present life circumstances. The business are shining with the glittering of sex. It's like, business without sex is big zero. Gaining money, loosing the value of life. This agenda, the youngsters are very attractive. Over exposure and the importance to sex are making a mad generation. This madness is like an epidemic.

3) 35 - 45 :- Post youth life. The experience and the sweet memories of their energetic youth life are giving the profit here. The reactions are starting. It may expected or not, but they struggles here to lead the life. I am not ready to say much on this and the next age range. It all are the impacts.

4) 50 and above :- Matured life. It believes the people are matured in this age. But, most of them are showing they are still energetic and ready to do anything like their teenage. The mental power plays a big role over here. For an healthy life, the mind should be healthy. Here, your life style should be moral to everybody. People will watch you entirely and even your kids are on look to you, what you are doing and what not.

Overall, the life style of the present generation is very far away from the past. Going to future, it is all are making no sense and would make more trouble. Youths are on the way to find the love. But they never realize the real love they are still getting from their parents. The concepts of the friendships are also changed. Nobody can show a girl as his girl friend or a boy as his boy friend. Nobody undestands the real meaning of the friend. Everything are flying around through cards and words, but never understand the meaning. The present city life makes boys to take advantage from their girl friend, through a sexual relation. Youths are changing their "friends" like pen. After taking the benefits, they never understand the value that they used. Value less life are leading and is guiding by media. There is no role can do by their parents or the parents are not ready to just have look into their childrens life, unless they are not into trouble. All that youth wants, money and muscle power, which they believe can make or take everything.

Misuse of education

6:45 PM 0 Comments
Education -- a gift from God to people. Many people didn't get the chances to learn or even dream about education. But, people who have / got the chances are not properly using their power of education. Most of the people are misusing their abilities and knowledge.
We can take the examples from the history. The man who invented Atom Bomb, had good education and knowledge. But, his ability to apply the knowledge was for killing the people. Now a days also, the people are applying their thoughts and knowledge for demolishing the world or a community.
But, some kind of peoples are applying their education to be sit aside and apply it to do the work by others and taking the benefits. If any "obstacles" are coming their way, and if it is dangerous, then they start to apply their own knowledge and educations to find the way to destroy it. So, now-a-days we can classify the people in the entire world with their educations. According to my studies, it shows that, 50% of the educated people using their brains in the proper way, the 35% are using for demolishing to each other and the remaining are using it for ruling others and getting the benefits from them.
Technology, the big break of education, is using for worst things to do. As per Newton's law, "every action, there will be a reaction". We cannot tell, whether it is an equal one or not. But, this reaction also getting from the way of the knowledge they are applying to it. This is time, I am remembering one hollywood film, which describes like this. One toy company made a soldier, which can respond to your voices and can react with its own intelligent. Their product, immediately grasped the markets and kids. But, the drawback started there. Their products have its own intelligent and they turned to their creator and his community to destroy. Even if they small and not enough strength, they could do big lot. The same happening now. God created man and given education. Finally, man turned to God and finding a way to be the Almighty of their creator. But very few, blessed ones, are applying it perfectly and taking the advantages.

India -- Rain and hot -- Two faces of a coin

1:51 PM 0 Comments
This is India, different culture, religion, communities and all that in a single nation.
This is what happening in the climate also. Some part of India, people are passing
away due to rain, but another part, people are passing away due to high
temperature. What a comic story! or tragedy? But the people from the southmost
state of India, Kerala, the flooding and the heating are the normal, as they
experienced it.

This is what happened in the 26th July 2005 at Mumbai. Everything was perfect in
the city until the news flashed on 4 O'clock. The day began with pleasant, but felt
it would be pouring. Inside the city, everything was perfect, but in suburbs, the
heavy rain started from morning 11 O'clock. The people at their offices in the city,
didn't know anything about the situations, happened at their places and relatives.
When the news flashed to the city, it was too late and there was no way to get out
from the city. It was totally disconnected. The rail, road and air travelling
possibility was closed. The desperated people, stranded at the railway and bus
stations. Immediately, the food crisis started. There was no way to contact
anybodies beloved one, due to the failure of communication systems and power
failures. Those who tried to reach home were on the half way and stuck like no
mans land for 2 days. We, our bank manager and staffs, were tried to book a hotel
for accommodation, surprisingly, everywhere fully booked. For food, hotels were
saying, please go to the queue, which was already gone to 1 km, if you reach to
the counter and the food available, then you will get. People were going here and
there to collect the food. But no way. Everybody spent their day at offices on
Tuesday. But the situations at suburbs was too bad. The water logging was
terribly increasing and it gone almost the level of the height of two double deckers
one up. Those who knows swimming, at least managed to escape. Those who
don't struggled and finally given up their life. That was horrible tuesday.

The wednesday was also not good. When we tried to drop some of our staffs to
their houses by our vehicle, we saw the real, frustrated people, who were doing
anything to reach their home. Two times, the commuters stopped our vehicle and
tried to open the door and push to enter. And outskirts of the city was flooded and
the neck deep water level. Those who were in the house didn't have anything and
was in dark for these days. But in city, those couldn't go home, started their work
normally at offices, even government declared the holiday. What elese to do.
Thursday was slightly better. Everywhere empty and the abandoned vehicles were
seen in the highways. Some places, the recovering and cleaning works were
started. It was quiet day for all the rescue and recovering works. The day revealed
the count of missing and dead peoples. It was horrible to see.

The next two days were went like normal, but affected the disaster works. But, the
surprising things, the people at the South of Mumbai on Sunday, 31st July, were
enjoying the rain. If you looks on their faces, they didn't have any problem and
don't want to bear anybodies worry. It is like flerting. These people, if you asking
them about the drastic situation, will speak like kind hearten. But never act. At
the same time, another part of India, at Rajasthan and Delhi were struggle for the
lack of rain and the very high temperature. When I had chat with my friends' who
were at these places telling about the lack of rain.

Monday, 1st August, again the fear rained to everybodies mind, as the rain started
from the sundays night without having a full stop. The police declared the "red
alert" and forcefully closed the offices around 2 pm and advised to people to not
come out with thier vehicle on the road.

Deaths are happened due to landslides and disablity of the people to move out.
But some deaths are happened due to the technology. Most of the vehicle washed
out by water. Some people died, because of their automatic locking system of the
car was damaged due to the water got inside the car. These cars having bullet
proof glasses, couldn't break them and thus caused to death. Some people died at
hospital, when the water swallowed them at hospital beds. Some went on to the
opened man holes.

It will take minimum one month to come normal. But some part of the city suburbs
(Thane to Kalyan area) is struggling with water, electricity, as these mandatory
items are not yet restored and couldn't restore for another week. These people
couldn't come out from the area, as the rail road travelling possibilities stumbled.
No food for eating, no water for drinking atleast for washing their hands and no
electricity. What a horrible life!

Moreover, people started to spread rumours, even the news channels also did it.
By rumours 18 people died. The situation is gone like, nobody can't trust
anybodies word, unless they seen by their own eyes.

Please pray for them, those who are survived and suffering due to the natural
calamity. Let Almighty help them.

Victim of Pan Masala

3:31 PM 0 Comments
It was a beautiful morning and was a very beautiful day. But the entire day was bad to me. As usual, I woke up at 6:25 am. Dressed up and got off from home sharp 7:07 am. While getting off from home, I was feeling, something I forgot to take. But can't remember. I checked my mobile, it was in my right pocket of pant. Then also, I couldn't remember, what was I forgot. Got a bus and it was empty. Taken my seat at front side. When the next stop reached, I put my hands to shirt pocket for taking money for ticket, then realized, I forgot my purse, along with railway pass. Immediately, got off from the bus and back to home. Then, after 15 minutes or more waiting at bus stop, I got another bus with heavy rush. What to do, I caught that one only. Here ends the firt part.
The second and most worst structure is starting here. When I came to the railway station, I already was 15 minutes delayed and losted 5 fast trians and 7 slow trains. Finally, I got a train of the time 8:00 am. It was very huge rush and, finally, as usual, I got the place at door step in the first class compartment. Then after 20 minutes, there was no problem and was calm and cool morning travel. In between, ie next station from my station, two guys got into the train and one of them got the place infront of me. After the next stop, where he got in, he started to chew the pan masala, very famous time pass thing in the city, Mummbai. When reaching the next station, something happened, and he the mixture in his mouth came out like spraying. It sprayed off to my shirt and the the face of the guy besides me. Luckly, I was wearing the dark green color shirt. So, it didn't make any big problem. Luckly, all others was with white color shirt. We both started to scold him. But, what to say, it happened. The guy himself, felt so bad and said somany sorry. Finally, I warned him, don't repeat the same or don't eat the pan, while you will be at travelling. Fortunately, he was chewing something very low-classed one. So, it made only rose colored spots. The guy next to me was seeing this and told, the same happened two days before him. Unfortunately, he was wearing the white colored shirt and the saliva was purely red one. The entiren day, was licked by somebody...............

Changing faces of Mumbai

2:55 PM 0 Comments
Mumbai, the economic capital of India. Also, you will find the cultural varieties here, because the people here are from across India and the world. The population of Mumbai is more than 1 crore and they controlled by only 40,000 police men. Very amazing balance combination! The place is very famous for two things. One is its life line service called "local train" and the another one is its own "dabbawallas", they never failed on their duty and the accuracy. Also, it is very famous for "Red-street", the prostitute's place. This is the outer face of the city right now.
Over the past ten years, very big revolution happened in this city. Very first time, peoples of some political party didn't like to enter the outsiders to the city, and they were harassing the peoples who were working overhere. Now, their concepts has changed. Also, that times, ladies can't walk alone at night. After the rise of dance bars and the use of prostitutes, ladies can walk without fear. Now this security is going to cut down.
As the ministry decided to close dance-bars, people must have to scare about their security. As per the survey conducted recently by a foreign consultant, Mumbai has the second place in the non-safe city for ladies. Out of records, every hour at least 3 lady has been raping in each place. This is an un-official record. If the government is closing this dance-bars, the rate will increase. Even if these systems are available, daily something like same scenario is happening here.
So, what would have to change. The law or the life-style. Nothing, if the law changes, life-style will never changes because, the people in here themselves opted to live in western style. Simply if anybody watching this city life, the media is exposing the life structure of the people who have money. So, the normal people, who are thiking about or trying to reach immediately to that level. This is what happening here. For example, mobile phones: it will find in everybodies pocket, especially in students'. By close watching, the students, those who are in a "dream life" doesn't have the capacity to accommodate at their home. Such kind of students will turn to find the money for their own purposes and there, the criminalism starts.
How can it prevent? So far, there is no solutions, unless provided by God. This city and it's culture will go beyond and will become in a type of madness. We can't do anything.

NEO-ECONOMICS

3:14 PM 0 Comments
"SAVING IS SIN, SPENDING IS VIRTUE"
An article by an Indian Economist (bit old but still true)

Japanese save a lot. They do not spend much.
Also Japan exports far more than it imports.

Has an annual trade surplus of over $100 billions.

Yet Japanese economy is considered weak, even collapsing.

Americans spend, save little. Also US imports more than
it exports, and has an annual trade deficit of over
$400 billion. Yet, the American economy is considered

strong and trusted to get stronger.

But where from do Americans get money to spend?

They borrow from Japan, China and even India.
Virtually others save for the US to spend. Global
savings are mostly invested in US, in dollars.

India itself keeps its foreign currency assets of
over $130 billions in US securities. China has sunk
over $300-400 billion in US securities.
Japan's stakes in US securities is in trillions.

Result:
The US has taken over $15 trillion from the world.

So, as the world saves for the US, Americans spend
freely. Today, to keep the US consumption going, that
is for the US economy to work, other countries have
to remit $120 billion every quarter, which is $2
billion a day, to the US! Otherwise the US economy
would go for a six.

So will the global economy. The result will be no
different if US consumers begin consuming less.

A Chinese economist asked a neat question. Who has
invested more, US in China, or China in US? The US
has invested in China less than half of what China has

invested in US.
The same is the case with India. We have invested in US
over $130 billion. But the US has invested less than $20
billion in India.

Why the world is after US?
The secret lies in the American spending, that they
hardly save. In fact they use their credit cards to
spend their future income.

That the US spends is what makes it attractive to
export to the US. So US imports more than what it
exports year after year.

The result:
The world is dependent on US consumption for its
growth. By its deepening culture of consumption, the
US has habituated the world to feed on US
consumption. But as the US needs money to finance its
consumption, the world provides the money. It's like a
shopkeeper providing the money to a customer so that
the customer keeps buying from the shop. If the
customer will not buy, the shop won't have business,
unless the shopkeeper funds him. The US is like the
lucky customer. And the world is like the helpless
shopkeeper financier.

Who is America's biggest shopkeeper financier?

Japan of course. Yet it's Japan which is regarded as
weak. Modern economists complain that Japanese do not
spend, so they do not grow. To force the Japanese to
spend, the Japanese government exerted it self,
reduced the savings rates, even charged the savers.
Even then the Japanese did not spend (habits don't
change, even with taxes, do they?). Their traditional
postal savings alone is over $1.2 trillions, about
three times the Indian GDP. Thus, savings, far from
being the strength of Japan, has become its pain.

Hence, what is the lesson?

That is, a nation cannot grow unless the people spend,
not save. Not just spend, but borrow and spend.

Dr. Jagdish Bhagwati, the famous Indian-born economist in
the US, told Manmohan Singh that Indians wastefully
save. Ask them to spend, on imported cars and,
seriously, even on cosmetics! This will put India on
a growth curve.

"Saving is sin, and spending is virtue."
Before you
follow this neo economics, get some fools to save so
that you can borrow from them and spend.

This is what US has successfully done in last few decades.

No smoking day -- Some thoughts

3:40 PM 0 Comments
No Smoking Day - it might be unfamiliar to everybody. But in Europe, every second wednesday of March, they are celebrating the no smoking day. This year, their theme is "Wake up to No Smoking". This day, helps people across the UK who wants to stop smoking, not prompting to anybody. Here I would like to put some little bit of think. Why they are not spreading this idea to all over the world?

If you are a smoker, and if you would like to do something for you on this year, one of the best things to do is giving up of smoke. The much-publicised effects of smoking include an increased risk of heart disease, lung cancer and asthma. Smoking also causes dull skin and wrinkles, as it reduces the amount of oxygen getting to the skin, accelerating ageing and making the skin look sallow. While many smokers believe cigarettes help them to cope with stress, scientific research has shown that anxiety levels actually decrease after giving up. In a cigarette, there are about 4,000 chemicals. All the smokers are taking this whole highly poisonous chemicals inside and throwing the mixture of waste to the non-smokers.

All these should start from the stepping stone. Why can't the ministry or the rulers stop these type of products. They should ban these materials first. They should blacklisted this companies. They people those who have the power to do is not doing it properly. However, if you are invite them to inagurate the function on a no smoking day, they will simply come and make a good speach about the need of stop smoking. But they will never do the right.
