Salute to Mumbai Heroes

2:49 PM 0 Comments
This is not the first time Mumbai watching the terror attack. It has been running like a series from past couple of decades. But Mumbai has the life to take it, feel it and adjust with it. It's not because people are now used to it, because they are running to make the prosperity of their family. None of the terrorists can destroy that will power of the people.

Though there were so-many casualties and around 200 people died in the incident, we are proud to those commandos' who given their life to save people in the long battle. Also, we are proud to Police Commissioner Hemant Karkare, who given his life in the battle with terrorists. They were the real heroes. You could see the spirit of local people, who came themselves to congratulate the commandos and many was giving shake hands, flowers etc with their heartfelt gladness.

Mumbai - Always Terror Target.

Mumbai is always a target of terror strikes. It's because of the underworld connection of the city as well as it is close-by to the neighbouring countries via sea. It's only 4hrs travelling in a speed boat to reach Mumbai from the nearest Pakistan port. I was happened to be the eye-witness of many of the terror strikes.

Why Mumbai becomes the terror target? Out of 100crores+ people in India, Mumbai itself holding around 2Crores and there are only less number of policemen to handle that crowded Metro city. Another reason is the link of underworld activities of the city with international criminals. Easy to transport the things in the heavily crowded city under cover. Another most important reason is the majority of tensed areas, where any spark about the community can become the worst incidents. Also some boneless tong speaks loudly for the unity, but destroys the unity within the city.

If you take a look at this latest incident, it was one of the very strange attack that happened in India ever before. From the TV footage, it was very clear that all the terrorists are from cross-boarder. All the terrorists had the help from Pak based terror organizations as well as underworld teams with the help of secret service agencies. First Pakistan offered to send their secret service chief and later they found, their country has involvement in this and they withdrawn the offer. If you deeply study about these activities in the asian region, there are major hands playing by US. The ultimate reason is the fear to loose their power in other countries. If India become friendly with Pakistan, normally Bangladesh too become friends. There becomes a strong alliance and that will be threaten to the countries like US. So gradually the one of the neighbour country, China becomes in good terms with all of these and that will become another major threat to them. Major threat to their stability as well as economy. So, to make some tension in this area, US will play like anything every time.

They ransacked Iraq in the (false) name of war against terrorism and captured most of the good oil field for them. Instead of ransacking and doing all non-sense at Iraq, why didn't they touch Pakistan for this ? If they done it very before, they could get most well deadliest criminals from there and there would be some peaceful situation in the asian region. As their wish, it shouldn't happen. Whatever the money they are giving in different name to Pakistan is going directly to terrorists hand. You should remember, Pakistan was the part of India and they asked their portion and moved themselves. Still they are troubling India for some unlawful things at their best.

Our Heroes will always make our country proud and they never allows others to destroy the unity.

Quantum of Solace ( Story of Financial Crisis)

3:48 PM 1 Comments
Today was the premier release date of 22nd James Bond movie "Quantum of Solace". I went to Midvalley Megamall to buy some electronic gadgets. Unfortunately, all the small IT shops are closed down and that big space is given for new "makan" shop. Then head to 3rd floor to have a look for the line-up. Fortunately, there was no crowd and managed to get a ticket for the 6:15pm show.

As usual, 15 minute bugged up with the advertisement. Shell was advertising the Aston Martin DBS like anything in the papers. The show starts itself with chasing of Bond and loosing the side door of Aston Martin. Here, I could see there are no special functionality of this Aston Martin DBS, like other James Bond vehicle. The beginning of the show, Bond is under the official role. So, the car must get some what hi-fi equipment. Unfortunately, this is not even bullet proof. There comes the start of cost cutting (Financial Crisis). I was comparing the other James Bond movie vehicles. Casino Royale shows Aston Martin DBS V12 and Ford Mondeo. Both equipped with all hi-fi systems and security equipments, even the special gun of Bond. This one, nothing and the car becomes vegetable in the first scene itself.

There was some draw-back for this movie show in Malaysian theaters. Bond travels across the world and communicating people in their local languages. None of the local languages are translated into English in Malaysian theaters; instead to Malay. Those doesn't know Malay, come to watch this movie won't understand a 25% due to this. May be that too a part of cost cutting in local model. Another example of Financial Crisis.

The movie is under PG category, but I feels it should be under Adults only Category. Last part, it shows some private part of a girl. May be the authorities enjoyed that and forgot to give. Is this another cost cutting model ?

Proud Moments

This generation celebrate each things through party. For single matter, simple things they put on party, but the organizer may or may not know what is the actual meaning of the event. They are only aiming party.

I was participated a "deepavali party" two weeks ago. Though the family meant to invite their friends and arrange a feast, I am not sure how many of them know, what is Deepavali. Even their kids may not know. I was the exceptional case there, since I am a non-smoker and non-drinker. Everybody was enjoying the wine, whiskey, soctch etc and had company; I was just away, but in the middle of the croud and was watching them. It was special invitation to me and was made and blocked my dates 2 months before. So, I can't avoid it. I was just tasting the food stuffs, but didn't feel to have much.

Lots of their friends, half of them married to Europeans, came. One of their neigbor, his wife is a European, came to me and had a good chat. Surprisingly, she is regular visitor to India and her knowledge about Indian culture is fantastic. I think, that is why she opted an Indian life partner. Her husband's home town is nearby to my home town; just 100km away. Our talks progressed like anything and was going through the distinguished cultures in India. May be we both were exchanging our knowledge. She has very clear picture about why Deepavali is celebrating and how it differes on each state in India.

Once she asked me about my age, whether single or married. I said, single, looking for. The next question was, from where. I said, only from Kerala. The reaction from her was surprising to me. She said, 1 in a 1000 indians settled in abroad is aware about, how precious is his country. Most of them are not care. And she was telling, you have to be proud, that you are virtually ruling the world and there is something in each Indians that make them different than any others. She was on the role and said, you must consider a girl from Kerala only for your life partner. The girl from your home town or your culture can boost that spirit about your country and culture. It was really a proud moment for me to hear it from a European, they were ruling Indians in gone days. The respect, the spirit and the acceptance to Indian, in each areas was making me proud. Yes, I am proud to be Indian. Wherever you go, you can find an Indian. One incident, I heard recent days. One guy went to Antartica for research on Eskimos. He found one Indian there.
