Today I have had a fun with technology.
Opened a support case for system located in China, from Malaysia. Received email seeking more update in Chinese language. This is still acceptable as support team will not have knowledge of person located when opening a case using web portal.
However, I decided to try Microsoft Outlook 2013's built-in translator tool. Funny things happened. It attempted to translate from English to French automatically and given me same Chinese output.
How nice technology making people so dump.
