After a long time, I am taking my pen to write something. Words are there, but not on order. Many subjects, but not enough raw materials to make it use. Finally, it made me essential to write / speak about something that known to all. Well, it’s all around us and we are misusing it for our personal benefits.
I asked many people about “what you meant by love from your life experience?” Many delivered a good answer, some given better. Old people say, and it’s true, one hand alone cannot make a sound. Remember, sound and noise is different. In such way, a love never fulfill in one way. When face to face talking, “I love you” is a most difficult sentence to say. But it is the easiest thing to express through many other media. Now-a-days, everybody talks about value of relation. But nobody can make it into practice. One mother was so close to one of her grandchild than any others. They both are living in different part of world. She praises about this grandchild to many people in many places. Even I say the greeting cards that came with her own handwriting “I Love You”. When this child and family visited their grandmother, she even sleeps with her grandmother only. But when her grandmother advises about her code of behavior and asked her to go out for a walk / help her to do something in an out of house, she refuses to obey. Is this the real love? Never. This is only the show to outside.
You have to first understand the person whom you love. Then make / keep them happy always. This is possible, when you understand a person and you will come to know what make them happy. Sometimes, it may be your presence, words, helping hand or altogether. Specially, loving your parents is helping them in their all day life. Everywhere, the relations are breaking because of improper understand. Modern busy life doesn’t have time to understand each other. A small helping hand can change the face of your family life. I know one lady, even if she comes so late from office, regardless of her tiredness or hectic work schedules at office or the long travel, she helps her parents for dinner and so on and find time to talk with them. This is what the real love means. Real love never be a self think, it always think about others.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. ( 1 Corinthians 13: 4 – 7).
