No smoking day -- Some thoughts

No Smoking Day - it might be unfamiliar to everybody. But in Europe, every second wednesday of March, they are celebrating the no smoking day. This year, their theme is "Wake up to No Smoking". This day, helps people across the UK who wants to stop smoking, not prompting to anybody. Here I would like to put some little bit of think. Why they are not spreading this idea to all over the world? If you are a smoker, and if you would like to do something for you on this year, one of the best things to do is giving up of smoke. The much-publicised effects of smoking include an increased risk of heart disease, lung cancer and asthma. Smoking also causes dull skin and wrinkles, as it reduces the amount of oxygen getting to the skin, accelerating ageing and making the skin look sallow.
